LAST CHANCE + New Color Added with $40k Stretch Goal Reached!

Backers,
When I sent out our update last week, I was hoping we'd break $30k by that weekend. We ended up hitting it two days later and now just broke our first stretch goal of $40,000! I know I'm being repetitive, but I'm so grateful for your support, spreading the word and helping to make this happen. I am genuinely so excited for everyone to get their wallets, especially for those of you who have not yet owned any of our product. As we mentioned in the video, we've shipped thousands of wallets all over the world, but what we didn't mention was that over 96% of our wallet reviews have been 5-stars, so I'm sure you're going to love your wallets.
Now that we've achieved our first stretch goal, vote HERE before the campaign ends to let us know which color option you prefer. So far, the most requested colors have been adding more of our limited edition FSHD Orange (see pic below) or red. Let us know what you think!
On June 20th this year, we made a small batch of wallets in the official FSHD orange to celebrate World FSHD Day and help bring awareness to the disease and help raise funds for the FSH Society (a cause for which we also donate a portion of all of our proceeds). We quickly sold out of the limited edition and have had a lot of requests for more.
We only have two days left (ends Thursday night) to hit our final stretch goal of $50,000, so please help spread the word. The final days are usually pretty big, as it's the last chance for people to get such steep discounts on our products. And if you need help swaying your friends, let them know that while we sold almost 1,000 wallets during the Kickstarter for our original Card wallet 18 months ago, we've sold even more than that since then at full price of$125-145, so get them while you can!

Wow, it's been a great week and we've been gaining a lot of momentum. We hit $25,000 yesterday, surpassed $28,000 today and will likely break $30,000 before the end of the week! We can't thank you enough for your support, but we'll try...

STRETCH GOALS: we appreciate your feedback and input for stretch goals. In order to meet production minimums, we are adding the following stretch goals:
$40,000: Additional colors! We will open this up to a vote, if/when we meet this stretch goal. We've received a lot of interest for more of our FSHD Orange, and a lot of people have also asked for a red. There will be no price difference for these colors but the shipping date will be later, as we'll need time for custom dying the leather.
$50,000: Produce an "international" version of the Billfold. This version of the wallet will be slightly taller in order to accommodate a variety of currencies. The current version is 3" tall (76mm) and US currency is 2.6" (66mm) tall. The international version will be approximately 85-90mm tall, accommodating the €500 (82mm tall), HKD $1,000 (81.5-82mm tall) and other larger currencies. If you're aware of a larger currency, let us know so we can make sure we design for it! If/when we meet this stretch goal, we'll refine the design and provide more information along the way. The retail price will likely be $5 more, but we'll make the 'upgrade' price on Kickstarter only $3. Because of production timelines, we will do our best to see if we can have them produced in December, but it likely will extend into January of next year.

We Met Our Goal!

Thanks to your support and pledges, we met our goal and continue growing!
What does this mean to you?
Production will move forward and we will ship product in December. We still have a couple weeks before our campaign finishes (November 30th), so we will continue to keep you updated with stretch goals and other news.
On December 1st, we will send out surveys where you will:
1-Confirm your shipping address
2-Select your options:
A: Color (Black, Cognac, Cobalt, Steel Grey)
B: Wallet Style - Cash wallet or upgrade to a Billfold (+$8) or Passport ($15)
C: Other add-ons like RFID Protection ($8) and Monogramming ($10)
We understand that with a lot of options the math can be confusing; so, you can pay for the upgrades and add-ons now by increasing your pledge OR you can select and pay for the upgrades on the survey after the campaign ends.
As mentioned above, we are in the process of defining our Stretch Goals. If you're new to Kickstarter, Stretch Goals are milestones based on the campaign's growth. As the funding and number of backers increase, we are able to add more options to our production order. Some of the ideas we have are listed below, but we'd also like to hear which options you like and any others we haven't thought of:
- Add an additional style of Billfold wallet that better accommodates larger international currencies (height of existing Billfold is 3" (76mm))
- Additional color(s)
- Adding other Anson Calder products at discounted rates, like our Catch-All
